&#8211; exclus\u00e3o definitiva dos dados pessoais que tiver fornecido a determinada aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de internet, a seu requerimento, ao t\u00e9rmino da rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre as partes, ressalvadas as hip\u00f3teses de guarda obrigat\u00f3ria de registros previstas nesta Lei e na que disp\u00f5e sobre a prote\u00e7\u00e3o de dados (NR)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cArt. 16.
