estabelecimento penal a que estiver recolhido o condenado, far\u00e1, em relat\u00f3rio, a narra\u00e7\u00e3o do fato criminoso, examinar\u00e1 as provas, mencionar\u00e1 qualquer formalidade ou circunst\u00e2ncia omitida na peti\u00e7\u00e3o e expor\u00e1 os antecedentes do condenado e seu procedimento depois de preso, opinando sobre o m\u00e9rito do pedido.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
