inst\u00e2ncia, ser\u00e3o restaurados.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1 Se existir e for exibida c\u00f3pia aut\u00eantica ou certid\u00e3o do processo, ser\u00e1 uma ou outra considerada como original.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2 Na falta de c\u00f3pia aut\u00eantica ou certid\u00e3o do processo, o juiz mandar\u00e1, de of\u00edcio, ou a requerimento de qualquer das partes, que:<br \/>\na) o escriv\u00e3o certifique o estado do processo, segundo a sua lembran\u00e7a, e reproduza o que houver a respeito em seus protocolos e registros;<br \/>\nb) sejam requisitadas c\u00f3pias do que constar a respeito no Instituto M\u00e9dico-Legal, no Instituto de Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e Estat\u00edstica ou em estabelecimentos cong\u00eaneres, reparti\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, lugar n\u00e3o sabido;<br \/>\nII &#8211; os exames periciais, quando poss\u00edvel, ser\u00e3o repetidos, e de prefer\u00eancia pelos mesmos peritos;<br \/>\nIII &#8211; a prova documental ser\u00e1 reproduzida por meio de c\u00f3pia aut\u00eantica ou, quando imposs\u00edvel, por meio de testemunhas;<br \/>\nIV &#8211; poder\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m ser inquiridas sobre os atos do processo, que
