dilig\u00eancia de busca ou de apreens\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizada por dois peritos nomeados pelo juiz, que verificar\u00e3o a exist\u00eancia de fundamento para a apreens\u00e3o, e quer esta se realize, quer n\u00e3o, o laudo pericial ser\u00e1 apresentado dentro de 3 (tr\u00eas) dias ap\u00f3s o encerramento da dilig\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico.
