falta, sem escusa leg\u00edtima, for do advogado do acusado, e se outro n\u00e3o for por este constitu\u00eddo, o fato ser\u00e1 imediatamente comunicado ao presidente da seccional da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, com a data designada para a nova sess\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1 N\u00e3o havendo escusa leg\u00edtima, o julgamento ser\u00e1 adiado somente uma vez, devendo o acusado ser julgado quando chamado novamente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2 Na hip\u00f3tese do \u00a7 1o deste artigo, o juiz intimar\u00e1 a Defensoria P\u00fablica para o novo julgamento, que ser\u00e1 adiado para o primeiro dia
