pol\u00edtica importar\u00e1 no dever de prestar servi\u00e7o alternativo, sob pena de suspens\u00e3o dos direitos pol\u00edticos, enquanto n\u00e3o prestar o servi\u00e7o imposto.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1 Entende-se por servi\u00e7o alternativo o exerc\u00edcio de atividades de car\u00e1ter administrativo, assistencial, filantr\u00f3pico ou mesmo produtivo, no Poder Judici\u00e1rio, na Defensoria P\u00fablica, no Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico ou em entidade conveniada para esses fins.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2 O juiz fixar\u00e1 o servi\u00e7o alternativo atendendo aos princ\u00edpios da
