determinada pelo juiz, de of\u00edcio, ou a requerimento do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, do querelante, do assistente, do ofendido, ou de seu representante legal, ainda que este n\u00e3o se tenha artigos anteriores, com as modifica\u00e7\u00f5es seguintes:<\/p>\n<p>I \u2013 o juiz poder\u00e1 aplicar, provisoriamente, a medida de seguran\u00e7a, de of\u00edcio, ou a requerimento do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico;<br \/>\nII \u2013 a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser determinada ainda no curso do inqu\u00e9rito, mediante representa\u00e7\u00e3o da autoridade policial;<br \/>\nIII \u2013 a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria de medida de seguran\u00e7a, a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o ou a revoga\u00e7\u00e3o da anteriormente aplicada poder\u00e3o ser determinadas, tamb\u00e9m, na
