requerimento do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, do defensor, do curador, do ascendente, descendente, irm\u00e3o ou c\u00f4njuge do acusado, seja este submetido a exame m\u00e9dico-legal.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1 O exame poder\u00e1 ser ordenado ainda na fase do inqu\u00e9rito, mediante representa\u00e7\u00e3o da autoridade policial ao juiz competente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2 O juiz nomear\u00e1 curador ao onde houver, ou, se estiver solto, e o requererem os peritos, em estabelecimento adequado que o juiz designar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a71 O exame n\u00e3o durar\u00e1 mais de quarenta e cinco dias, salvo se os continuar\u00e1 suspenso at\u00e9 que o acusado se restabele\u00e7a, observado o \u00a7\u00a02o do art.\u00a0149.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1 O juiz poder\u00e1, nesse caso, ordenar a interna\u00e7\u00e3o do acusado em manic\u00f4mio judici\u00e1rio ou em outro estabelecimento adequado.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2 O processo retomar\u00e1 o seu curso, desde que se restabele\u00e7a o acusado, ficando-lhe assegurada
