processo:<\/p>\n<p>I \u2013 mandar\u00e1 autuar em apartado a impugna\u00e7\u00e3o, e em seguida ouvir\u00e1 a parte contr\u00e1ria, que, no prazo de 48 horas, oferecer\u00e1 resposta;<\/p>\n<p>II \u2013 assinar\u00e1 o prazo de tr\u00eas dias, sucessivamente, a cada uma das partes, para prova de suas alega\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/p>\n<p>III \u2013 conclusos os autos, poder\u00e1 ordenar as dilig\u00eancias que entender necess\u00e1rias;<\/p>\n<p>IV \u2013 se reconhecida a falsidade por decis\u00e3o irrecorr\u00edvel, mandar\u00e1 desentranhar o documento e remet\u00ea-lo, com os autos
