promovida por iniciativa do Tribunal prolator, da Procuradoria da Justi\u00e7a do Trabalho, das associa\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais ou de empregador ou empregadores interessados no cumprimento da decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. Quando a revis\u00e3o for promovida por iniciativa do Tribunal prolator ou da Procuradoria, as associa\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais e o empregador ou empregadores interessados ser\u00e3o ouvidos no prazo de 30 (trinta) dias.
