Quando n\u00e3o houver sindicato representativo da categoria econ\u00f4mica ou profissional, poder\u00e1 a representa\u00e7\u00e3o ser instaurada pelas federa\u00e7\u00f5es correspondentes e, na falta de 2\/3 (dois ter\u00e7os) dos mesmos, ou, em segunda convoca\u00e7\u00e3o, por 2\/3 (dois ter\u00e7os) dos presentes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n
