secret\u00e1rio ou escriv\u00e3o a chamada das partes, testemunhas e demais pessoas que devam comparecer.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba Se, at\u00e9 15 (quinze) minutos ap\u00f3s a hora marcada, o juiz ou presidente n\u00e3o houver comparecido, os presentes poder\u00e3o retirar-se, devendo o ocorrido constar do livro de registro das audi\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba Se, at\u00e9 30 (trinta) minutos ap\u00f3s a hora marcada, a audi\u00eancia, injustificadamente, n\u00e3o houver sido iniciada, as partes e os advogados poder\u00e3o retirar-se, consignando seus nomes, devendo o ocorrido constar do livro de registro das audi\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 3\u00ba Na hip\u00f3tese do \u00a7 2\u00ba deste artigo, a audi\u00eancia dever\u00e1 ser remarcada pelo juiz ou presidente para a
