class=\"article-box\">\n            <div class=\"article\"><p><strong>Art. 809.<\/strong> Nos conflitos de jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o entre as Juntas e os Ju\u00edzos de Direito observar-se-\u00e1 o seguinte:<\/p>\n<p>I &#8211; o juiz ou presidente mandar\u00e1 extrair dos autos as provas do conflito e, com a sua informa\u00e7\u00e3o, remeter\u00e1 o processo assim formado, no mais breve prazo poss\u00edvel, ao Presidente do Tribunal Regional competente;<br \/>\nII &#8211; no Tribunal Regional, logo que der entrada o processo, o presidente determinar\u00e1 a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do feito, podendo o relator ordenar imediatamente \u00e0s Juntas e aos Ju\u00edzos, nos casos de conflito positivo, que sobrestejam o andamento dos respectivos processos, e solicitar, ao mesmo tempo, quaisquer informa\u00e7\u00f5es que julgue convenientes. Seguidamente, ser\u00e1 ouvida a Procuradoria, ap\u00f3s o que o relator submeter\u00e1 o feito a julgamento na primeira sess\u00e3o;<br \/>\nIII &#8211; proferida a decis\u00e3o, ser\u00e1 a mesma
