dever\u00e3o arg\u00fci-las \u00e0 primeira vez em que tiverem de falar em audi\u00eancia ou nos autos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba Dever\u00e1, entretanto, ser declarada ex officio a nulidade fundada em incompet\u00eancia de foro.
