litigante de m\u00e1-f\u00e9 a pagar multa, que dever\u00e1 ser superior a 1% (um por cento) e inferior a 10% (dez por cento) do valor corrigido da causa, a indenizar a parte contr\u00e1ria pelos preju\u00edzos que esta sofreu e a arcar com os honor\u00e1rios advocat\u00edcios e com todas as despesas que efetuou.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba Quando forem dois ou mais os litigantes de m\u00e1-f\u00e9, o ju\u00edzo condenar\u00e1 cada um na propor\u00e7\u00e3o de seu respectivo interesse na causa ou solidariamente aqueles que se coligaram para lesar a parte contr\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba Quando o valor da causa for irris\u00f3rio ou inestim\u00e1vel, a multa poder\u00e1 ser fixada em at\u00e9 duas vezes o limite m\u00e1ximo dos benef\u00edcios do Regime Geral de Previd\u00eancia Social.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 3\u00ba O valor da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 fixado pelo ju\u00edzo ou, caso n\u00e3o seja poss\u00edvel mensur\u00e1-lo, liquidado
