artigo, os ju\u00edzes e Tribunais do Trabalho empregar\u00e3o sempre os seus bons of\u00edcios e persuas\u00e3o no sentido de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o conciliat\u00f3ria dos conflitos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7
