Procuradorias Regionais, substitutos de procurador adjunto ou, quando n\u00e3o houver este cargo, de procurador regional, designados previamente por decreto do Presidente da Rep\u00fablica, sem \u00f4nus para os cofres p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba O substituto tomar\u00e1 posse perante o respectivo procurador regional, que ser\u00e1 a autoridade competente para convoc\u00e1-lo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba O procurador regional ser\u00e1 substitu\u00eddo em suas faltas e impedimentos pelo procurador adjunto, quando houver, e, havendo mais de um, pelo que for por ele designado.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 3\u00ba O procurador adjunto ser\u00e1 substitu\u00eddo, em suas faltas e impedimentos, pelo respectivo procurador substituto.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 4\u00ba Ser\u00e1 dispensado, automaticamente, o substituto que n\u00e3o atender \u00e0 convoca\u00e7\u00e3o, salvo motivo de doen\u00e7a, devidamente comprovada.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 5\u00ba Nenhum direito ou vantagem
