Nesse caso, se o concession\u00e1rio for pessoa jur\u00eddica o Presidente do Tribunal que houver proferido a decis\u00e3o poder\u00e1, sem preju\u00edzo do cumprimento desta e da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o das penalidades cab\u00edveis, ordenar o afastamento dos administradores respons\u00e1veis, sob pena de ser cassada a concess\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 3\u00ba Sem preju\u00edzo das san\u00e7\u00f5es cominadas neste artigo, os empregadores ficar\u00e3o obrigados a pagar os sal\u00e1rios devidos aos seus empregados, durante o tempo de suspens\u00e3o do trabalho.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
