feita dentre os nomes constantes das listas para esse fim encaminhadas ao Presidente do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho pelas associa\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais de grau superior com sede nas respectivas Regi\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba Para o efeito deste artigo, o Conselho de Representantes de cada associa\u00e7\u00e3o sindical de grau superior, na ocasi\u00e3o determinada pelo Presidente do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho, organizar\u00e1, por maioria de votos, uma lista de 3 (tr\u00eas) nomes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba O Presidente do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho submeter\u00e1 os nomes processos al\u00e9m dos prazos estabelecidos no Regimento Interno dos Tribunais Regionais, sofrer\u00e3o, autom\u00e0ticamente, na gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o mensal a que teriam direito, desconto
