requisitos:<\/p>\n<p>a) ser brasileiro; (Reda\u00e7\u00e3o dada pelo Decreto-lei n\u00ba 229, de 28.2.1967)<br \/>\nb) ter reconhecida idoneidade moral;<br \/>\nc) ser maior de 25 (vinte e cinco) anos e ter menos de 70 (setenta) anos;<br \/>\nd) estar no gozo dos direitos civis e pol\u00edticos;<br \/>\ne) estar quite com o servi\u00e7o militar;<br \/>\nf) contar mais de 2 (dois) anos de efetivo exerc\u00edcio na profiss\u00e3o e ser sindicalizado.<\/p>\n<p>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. escolha dos vogais das Juntas e seus suplentes far-se-\u00e1 dentre os nomes constantes das listas que, para esse efeito, forem encaminhadas pelas associa\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais de primeiro grau ao presidente do Tribunal Regional.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba Para esse fim, cada Sindicato de empregadores e de empregados, com base territorial extensiva \u00e0 \u00e1rea de jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o da Junta, no todo ou em parte, proceder\u00e1, na ocasi\u00e3o determinada pelo Presidente do Tribunal Regional, \u00e0 escolha de 3 (tr\u00eas) nomes que compor\u00e3o a lista, aplicando-se \u00e0 elei\u00e7\u00e3o o disposto no art. 524 e seus \u00a7\u00a7 1\u00ba a 3\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba Recebidas as listas pelo presidente do Tribunal Regional, designar\u00e1 este, dentro de cinco dias, os nomes dos vogais e dos respectivos suplentes, expedindo para cada um deles um t\u00edtulo, mediante a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do qual ser\u00e1 empossado.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 3\u00ba Dentro de quinze dias, contados da data da posse, pode ser contestada a investidura do vogal ou do suplente, por qualquer interessado, sem efeito suspensivo, por meio de representa\u00e7\u00e3o escrita, dirigida ao presidente do Tribunal Regional.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 4\u00ba Recebida a contesta\u00e7\u00e3o, o Presidente do Tribunal designar\u00e1 imediatamente relator, o qual, se houver necessidade de ouvir testemunhas ou de proceder a quaisquer dilig\u00eancias, providenciar\u00e1 para que tudo se realize com a maior brevidade, submetendo, por fim, a contesta\u00e7\u00e3o ao parecer do Tribunal, na primeira sess\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 5\u00ba Se o Tribunal julgar procedente a contesta\u00e7\u00e3o, o Presidente providenciar\u00e1 a designa\u00e7\u00e3o de novo vogal ou suplente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 6\u00ba Em falta de indica\u00e7\u00e3o pelos Sindicatos, de nomes para representantes das respectivas categorias profissionais e econ\u00f4micas nas Juntas de Concilia\u00e7\u00e3o e Julgamento, ou nas localidades onde n\u00e3o existirem Sindicatos, ser\u00e3o esses representantes livremente designados pelo Presidente do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho, entretanto, ser dispensado, a pedido, aquele que tiver servido, sem interrup\u00e7\u00e3o, durante metade desse per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba Na hip\u00f3tese da dispensa do vogal a que alude este artigo, assim como nos casos de impedimento, morte ou ren\u00fancia, sua substitui\u00e7\u00e3o far-se-\u00e1 pelo suplente, mediante convoca\u00e7\u00e3o do Presidente da Junta.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba Na falta do suplente, por impedimento, morte ou ren\u00fancia ser\u00e3o designados novo vogal e o respectivo suplente, dentre os nomes constantes das listas a que se refere o art. 662,
