legisla\u00e7\u00e3o social, ser\u00e3o dirimidos pela Justi\u00e7a do Trabalho, de acordo com o presente T\u00edtulo e na forma estabelecida pelo processo judici\u00e1rio do trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba As quest\u00f5es concernentes \u00e0 Previd\u00eancia Social ser\u00e3o decididas pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e autoridades previstos no Cap\u00edtulo V deste T\u00edtulo e na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o sobre seguro social.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba As quest\u00f5es referentes a acidentes do trabalho continuam sujeitas a justi\u00e7a ordin\u00e1ria, na forma do Decreto n. 24.637, de 10 de julho de
