profiss\u00e3o, desde que satisfa\u00e7am as exig\u00eancias desta lei, assiste o direito de ser admitido no sindicato da respectiva categoria.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba Perder\u00e1 os direitos de associado o sindicalizado que, por qualquer motivo, deixar o exerc\u00edcio de atividade ou de profiss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba Os associados de Sindicatos de empregados, de agentes ou trabalhadores aut\u00f4nomos e de profiss\u00f5es liberais que forem aposentados, estiverem em desemprego ou falta de trabalho ou tiverem sido convocados para presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o militar n\u00e3o perder\u00e3o os respectivos direitos sindicais e ficar\u00e3o isentos de qualquer contribui\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o podendo, entretanto, exercer cargo de administra\u00e7\u00e3o categoria, ou de atividade ou profiss\u00e3o similar ou conexa, poder\u00e3o filiar-se a Sindicato de profiss\u00e3o id\u00eantica, similar ou conexa, existente na localidade mais pr\u00f3xima.<\/p>\n<p>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. O disposto neste artigo se aplica aos Sindicatos em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s respectivas federa\u00e7\u00f5es, na conformidade do Quadro de Atividades e Profiss\u00f5es a que se refere o art. class=\"article-box\">\n            <div class=\"article\"><p><strong>Art. 543.<\/strong> O empregado eleito para cargo de administra\u00e7\u00e3o sindical ou representa\u00e7\u00e3o profissional, inclusive junto a \u00f3rg\u00e3o de delibera\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva, n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser impedido do exerc\u00edcio de suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es, nem transferido para lugar ou mister que lhe dificulte ou torne imposs\u00edvel o desempenho das suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba O empregado perder\u00e1 o mandato se a transfer\u00eancia f\u00f4r por \u00eale solicitada ou volunt\u00e0riamente aceita.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba Considera-se de licen\u00e7a n\u00e3o remunerada, salvo assentimento da empr\u00easa ou cl\u00e1usula contratual, o tempo em que o empregado se ausentar do trabalho no desempenho das fun\u00e7\u00f5es a que se refere \u00easte artigo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 3\u00ba Fica vedada a dispensa do empregado sindicalizado ou associado, a partir do momento do registro de sua candidatura a cargo de dire\u00e7\u00e3o ou representa\u00e7\u00e3o de entidade sindical ou de associa\u00e7\u00e3o profissional, at\u00e9 1 (um) ano ap\u00f3s o final do seu mandato, caso seja eleito inclusive como suplente, salvo se cometer falta grave devidamente apurada nos termos desta Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 4\u00ba Considera-se cargo de dire\u00e7\u00e3o ou de representa\u00e7\u00e3o sindical aquele cujo exerc\u00edcio ou indica\u00e7\u00e3o decorre de elei\u00e7\u00e3o prevista em lei.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 5\u00ba Para os fins d\u00easte artigo, a entidade sindical comunicar\u00e1 por escrito \u00e0 empr\u00easa, dentro de 24 (vinte e quatro) horas, o dia e a hora do registro da candidatura do seu empregado e, em igual prazo, sua elei\u00e7\u00e3o e posse, fornecendo, outrossim, a \u00easte, comprovante no mesmo sentido. para a admiss\u00e3o nos trabalhos de empr\u00easa que explore servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos ou mantenha contrato com os pod\u00eares p\u00fablicos;<br \/>\nII &#8211; para ingresso em fun\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas ou assemelhadas, em caso de cessa\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva de trabalho, por motivo de fechamento de estabelecimento;<br \/>\nIII &#8211; nas concorr\u00eancias para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de casa pr\u00f3pria, pelo Plano Nacional de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o ou por interm\u00e9dio de quaisquer institui\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas;<br \/>\nIV &#8211; nos loteamentos urbanos ou rurais, promovidos pela Uni\u00e3o, por seus \u00f3rg\u00e3os de administra\u00e7\u00e3o direta ou indireta ou sociedades de economia mista;<br \/>\nV &#8211; na loca\u00e7\u00e3o ou compra de im\u00f3veis, de propriedade de pessoa de direito p\u00fablico ou sociedade de economia mista, quando sob a\u00e7\u00e3o de desp\u00eajo em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o judicial;<br \/>\nVI &#8211; na concess\u00e3o de empr\u00e9stimos simples concedidos pelas ag\u00eancias financeiras do Gov\u00earno ou a \u00eale vinculadas;<br \/>\nVII &#8211; na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de autom\u00f3veis, outros ve\u00edculos e instrumentos relativos ao exerc\u00edcio da profiss\u00e3o, quando financiados pelas autarquias sociedades de economia mista ou ag\u00eancias financeiras do Gov\u00earno;<br \/>\nVIII &#8211; O recolhimento \u00e0 entidade sindical benefici\u00e1ria do importe descontado dever\u00e1 ser feito at\u00e9 o d\u00e9cimo dia subseq\u00fcente ao do desconto, sob pena de juros de mora no valor de 10% (dez por cento) sobre o montante retido, sem preju\u00edzo da multa prevista no art. 553 e das comina\u00e7\u00f5es penais relativas \u00e0 apropria\u00e7\u00e3o ind\u00e9bita.
