de trabalho poder\u00e1 ser acordado t\u00e1cita ou expressamente, verbalmente ou por escrito, por prazo determinado ou indeterminado, ou para presta\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho intermitente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba Considera-se como de prazo determinado o contrato de trabalho cuja vig\u00eancia dependa de termo prefixado ou da execu\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os especificados ou ainda da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de certo acontecimento suscet\u00edvel de previs\u00e3o aproximada.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba O contrato por prazo determinado s\u00f3 ser\u00e1 v\u00e1lido em se tratando:<br \/>\na) de servi\u00e7o cuja natureza ou transitoriedade justifique a predetermina\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo;<br \/>\nb) de atividades empresariais de car\u00e1ter transit\u00f3rio;<br \/>\nc) de contrato de experi\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 3\u00ba Considera-se como intermitente o contrato de trabalho no qual a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os, com contratuais de trabalho podem ser objeto de livre estipula\u00e7\u00e3o das partes interessadas em tudo quanto n\u00e3o contravenha \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es de prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao trabalho, aos contratos coletivos que lhes sejam aplic\u00e1veis e \u00e0s decis\u00f5es das autoridades competentes.<\/p>\n<p>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico.
