Comercio ou os funcion\u00e1rios por eles designados para tal fim.<\/p>\n<p>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico &#8211; O processo, na verifica\u00e7\u00e3o das infra\u00e7\u00f5es, bem como na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e cobran\u00e7a das multas, ser\u00e1 o previsto no t\u00edtulo &#8220;Do Processo de Multas Administrativas&#8221;, observadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es deste
