salvo:<\/p>\n<p>I &#8211; at\u00e9 mais 2 (duas) horas, independentemente de acr\u00e9scimo salarial, mediante conven\u00e7\u00e3o ou ac\u00f4rdo coletivo nos t\u00earmos do T\u00edtulo VI desta Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o, desde que o excesso de horas em um dia seja compensado pela diminui\u00e7\u00e3o em outro, de modo a ser observado o limite m\u00e1ximo de 48 (quarenta e oito) horas semanais ou outro inferior legalmente fixada;<br \/>\nII &#8211; excepcionalmente, por motivo de f\u00f4r\u00e7a maior, at\u00e9 o m\u00e1ximo de 12 (doze) horas, com acr\u00e9scimo salarial de, pelo menos, 25% (vinte e cinco por cento) s\u00f4bre a hora normal e desde que o trabalho do menor seja imprescind\u00edvel ao funcionamento do estabelecimento.<\/p>\n<p>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico.
