Se se tratar de nova empresa, a rela\u00e7\u00e3o, encimada pelos dizeres &#8211; Primeira Rela\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; dever\u00e1 ser feita dentro de 30 (trinta) dias de seu registro no Departamento Nacional da Ind\u00fastria e Com\u00e9rcio ou reparti\u00e7\u00f5es competentes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba A entrega das rela\u00e7\u00f5es far-se-\u00e1 diretamente \u00e0s reparti\u00e7\u00f5es competentes do Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho, Industria e Comercio, ou, onde n\u00e3o as houver, \u00e0s Coletorias Federais, que as remeter\u00e3o desde logo \u00e0quelas reparti\u00e7\u00f5es. A entrega operar-se-\u00e1 contra recibo especial, cuja exibi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria, em caso de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, enquanto n\u00e3o for devolvida ao empregador a via autenticada reparti\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0s quais competir a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do disposto no presente Cap\u00edtulo manter\u00e3o fich\u00e1rio especial de empresas, do qual constem as anota\u00e7\u00f5es referentes ao respectivo cumprimento, e fornecer\u00e3o aos interessados as certid\u00f5es de quita\u00e7\u00e3o que se tornarem necess\u00e1rias, no prazo de 30 (trinta) dias, contados da data do pedido.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba As certid\u00f5es de quita\u00e7\u00e3o far\u00e3o prova at\u00e9 30 de setembro do ano seguinte \u00e0quele a que se referiram e estar\u00e3o sujeitas \u00e0 taxa correspondente a 1\/10 (um d\u00e9cimo do sal\u00e1rio-m\u00ednimo regional.
