\u00f3rg\u00e3o de \u00e2mbito nacional competente em mat\u00e9ria de seguran\u00e7a e medicina do trabalho:<\/p>\n<p>I &#8211; estabelecer, nos limites de sua compet\u00eancia, normas sobre a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos preceitos deste Cap\u00edtulo, especialmente os referidos no art. 200;<\/p>\n<p>II &#8211; coordenar, orientar, controlar e supervisionar a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e as demais atividades relacionadas com a seguran\u00e7a e a medicina do trabalho em todo o territ\u00f3rio nacional, inclusive a Campanha Nacional de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o de Acidentes do Trabalho;<\/p>\n<p>III &#8211; conhecer, em \u00faltima inst\u00e2ncia, dos recursos, volunt\u00e1rios ou de of\u00edcio, das decis\u00f5es proferidas pelos Delegados Regionais do Trabalho, em mat\u00e9ria de seguran\u00e7a jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p>I &#8211; promover a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do cumprimento das normas de seguran\u00e7a e medicina do trabalho;<\/p>\n<p>II &#8211; adotar as medidas que se tornem exig\u00edveis, em virtude das disposi\u00e7\u00f5es deste Cap\u00edtulo, determinando as obras e reparos que, em qualquer local de trabalho, se fa\u00e7am necess\u00e1rias;<\/p>\n<p>III &#8211; impor &#8211; cumprir e fazer cumprir as normas de seguran\u00e7a e medicina do trabalho;<\/p>\n<p>II &#8211; instruir os empregados, atrav\u00e9s de ordens de servi\u00e7o, quanto \u00e0s precau\u00e7\u00f5es a tomar no sentido de evitar acidentes do trabalho ou doen\u00e7as ocupacionais;<\/p>\n<p>III &#8211; adotar as medidas que lhes sejam determinadas pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o regional seguran\u00e7a e medicina do trabalho, inclusive as instru\u00e7\u00f5es de que trata o item II do artigo anterior;<\/p>\n<p>II &#8211; colaborar com a empresa na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos dispositivos deste Cap\u00edtulo.<\/p>\n<p>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico &#8211; Constitui ato faltoso do empregado a recusa injustificada:<br \/>\na) \u00e0 observ\u00e2ncia das instru\u00e7\u00f5es expedidas pelo
