subseq\u00fcentes \u00e0 data em que o empregado tiver adquirido o direito.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba Desde que haja concord\u00e2ncia do empregado, as f\u00e9rias poder\u00e3o ser usufru\u00eddas em at\u00e9 tr\u00eas per\u00edodos, sendo que um deles n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser inferior a quatorze dias corridos e os demais n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ser inferiores a cinco dias corridos, cada um.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba (Revogado).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 3\u00ba \u00c9 vedado o in\u00edcio das f\u00e9rias no per\u00edodo de dois dias que antecede feriado ou dia de repouso semanal no m\u00ednimo, 30 (trinta) dias. Os membros de uma fam\u00edlia, que trabalharem no mesmo estabelecimento ou empresa, ter\u00e3o direito a gozar f\u00e9rias no mesmo per\u00edodo, se assim o desejarem e se disto n\u00e3o resultar preju\u00edzo para o servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba &#8211; Vencido o mencionado prazo sem que o empregador tenha concedido as f\u00e9rias, o empregado poder\u00e1 ajuizar reclama\u00e7\u00e3o pedindo a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o, por senten\u00e7a, da \u00e9poca de gozo das mesmas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba &#8211;
