a empresa, individual ou coletiva, que, assumindo os riscos da atividade econ\u00f4mica, admite, assalaria e dirige a presta\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal de servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba Equiparam-se ao empregador, para os efeitos exclusivos da rela\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego, os profissionais liberais, as institui\u00e7\u00f5es de benefic\u00eancia, as associa\u00e7\u00f5es recreativas ou outras institui\u00e7\u00f5es sem fins lucrativos, que admitirem trabalhadores como empregados.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba Sempre que uma ou mais empresas, tendo, embora, cada uma delas, personalidade jur\u00eddica pr\u00f3pria, estiverem sob a dire\u00e7\u00e3o, controle ou administra\u00e7\u00e3o de outra, ou ainda quando, mesmo guardando cada uma sua autonomia, integrem grupo econ\u00f4mico, ou contratuais, decidir\u00e3o, conforme o caso, pela jurisprud\u00eancia, por analogia, por eq\u00fcidade e outros princ\u00edpios e normas gerais de direito, principalmente do direito do trabalho,
